About the Author

Matt Dahlgren grew up in Irvine, California. After playing four years of college baseball he signed with the West Virginia Coal Sox in the Frontier League in 1993. His first book, Rumor In Town, was published in 2007. It stemmed from a promise he made to his late grandfather, Babe Dahlgren, the New York Yankees first baseman who replaced Lou Gehrig. In 2015 he published his first novel entitled, The Flannel Past.  He lives in Sammamish, Washington with his wife and three daughters. He can be followed on Twitter: @mattdahlgren12
